What is Eco Friendly Jewelry ?

Hello all,

I use Eco Friendly materials to create many of my jewelry creations.
 What is Eco Friendly Jewelry ?...... I'm glad you asked!
Eco friendly jewelry can be defined as jewelry that was produced from materials that did not require the further deterioration of the environment. Some of the materials that can be used in making Eco friendly jewelry are post-consumer recycled silver, gold , copper which is gathered from old jewelry that was no longer in use. The materials can be recycled to make new pieces of Eco friendly jewelry, without having to mine for raw silver, gold and copper. Aside from metal pieces , Eco friendly jewelry may also include"Old Stock"and vintage beads, recycled wood or wood from fallen trees . Other pieces may utilize recycled materials like copper and brass hardware parts .These types of green jewelry create beautifully unique pieces without harming the environment.

Beaded Leather And Mother of Pearl Flower Wrap Bracelet Tiny 3mm beads are woven onto brown leather cord with a nylon cord to create this boho-chic small bracelet wrap. The beautiful Mother of Pearl flower button creates the toggle clasp that will fit a size 6'' . This is beautiful on its own or layered with other pieces. I love this look!

The Evolution of the Layered Bracelet aka"Arm Party"

Back in the late 60's and 70's, musician Janis Joplin led the "BoHo" trend and the layered bracelet look was a signature style for many in the rock n roll world.

Steven Tyler of Aerosmith also rocks the "Arm Party" look.

This is one of my favorite jewelry looks ever! I love to stack 'em up! What I find so workable about this style is, that ,it's easy to create your very own "Signature Look" just by mixing pieces that you really love.So get your arm party on!...Layer them in endless combinations and in a way that speaks to your soul.
